What is Phentrimine?
Phentrimine is a diet pill used to curb appetite. It is recommended for people who are seriously overweight, not those who simply want to lose a few pounds.
Phentrimine has been found to be successful for treating obesity, which has help to improve the health of many people. However, always remember that the drug alone can not help you lose the weight you need to. Only the combination of this drug with a healthy lifestyle can help you win the battle with obesity.
Who can take Phentrimine?
This particular weight loss formula has traditionally been prescribed to patients who need to lose weight rapidly – combined with diet and exercise, Phentermine can alleviate the serious health conditions related to obesity, such as high blood pressure and cholesterol.
However, it is not right for everyone. The risks and benefits of this prescription drug must be weighed carefully and thoroughly evaluated by the physician and patient.
How to take Phentrimine?
Recommended dosage is one capsule with 8 ounces of water 20 minutes before breakfast and one capsule with 8 ounces of water 20 minutes before lunch or in the early afternoon.
Most people take the drug for 3-6 weeks; the length of treatment depends on how you respond to the medication. Phentrimine can be habit-forming. Do not take a larger dose. Do not take it more often, or for a longer period than your doctor tells you.
It is recommended that Phentermine be used in conjunction with proper nutrition habits and an exercise program.
Phentermine is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.
How does Phentrimine work?
Phentrimine can be related to the group of appetite suppressants. It stimulates the hypothalamus gland and affects certain brain circuits to reduce appetite. The hypothalamus is considered to be responsible for the autonomic nervous system control, regulation of body temperature, sleep cycles, appetite and other functions.
Consequently, treatment with Phentrimine helps us to stay away from excess eating behavior. As we stop eating too much, we stop accumulating more of fat in our bodies. Along with physical exercises, Phentrimine serves as additional support in fighting obesity.
Phentrimine Side Effects
Generally, Phentrimine appears to be relatively well tolerated. It can produce side effects consistent with its catecholamine-releasing properties, e.g., tachycardia (increased heart rate) and elevated blood pressure, but the incidence and magnitude of these appear to be less than with the amphetamines.

If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:
